Plot

Karag, a wild-born shape-shifting cougar, enrolls at Clearwater High, the Woodwalkers’ school. With his friends Holly (a squirrel) and Brandon (a bison), he faces the mysteries and dangers of the Woodwalker world. Not bad, nothing special, but very similar to the book. However, the actors weren’t that good, and the animation was disappointing, even the music was off. I wouldn’t watch it again, but for young children it’s a good movie (and there are good books that are better than the movie). So: a good movie for kids (but of course, it’s a children’s book series and a movie for kids), and kids don’t really pay attention to the acting, music, and animation, so they’ll enjoy it (trust me). I simply recommend reading the book (or all the books) before watching the movie, because not everything is really explained, and what it explains isn’t always explained well.
